El Espectador, the oldest and one of the major newspapers in Colombia, highlighted TaskUs’s recent expansion to Cali in its August 30 print issue.

Cali, Colombia, in particular, is the hidden gem of Colombia’s BPO industry primarily because of its strong economic development. TaskUs’s arrival in Cali is a testament to the company’s mission to make a positive impact on the best brands in the world, as well as to further improve the landscape of customer experience globally.

“The culture of hospitality and kindness of Cali comes naturally from its people and this blends in the culture that TaskUs has always had and what is needed in the service industry,” Ulloa said.
