Dan Nacarato, SVP of Operations

Dan leads the SEA region bringing with him over 25 years of experience in operations and partner management for the financial and outsourcing services.

He spent the first 17 years of his career launching and managing captive and partner operations globally for JPMorgan Chase, and the last six years in the BPO industry that provide him with a 360 view of our industry. His overarching mantra is to always do the right thing; integrity is paramount and non-negotiable.

Jean Parlade, SVP of Operations

Since joining TaskUs in early 2016 as the Vice President of Operations, Quezon City, Jean has built upon her 12-year career in the BPO space by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office that we call Chateau Ridiculous located in the Metro Manila area. Today, Jean leads the operations in Taiwan and the Philippines.

Previously, Jean worked as a research chemist for seven years before moving into the BPO space where she has held senior leadership positions over the past 12 years at companies such as Expert Global Solutions and NCO Group.
