For All™ Methodology

Great Place to Work® is a global certification program that helps create the best workplaces in the Philippines and around the world. Through the program, companies deploy a survey that gathers data on employee experience based on five areas of trust: credibility of leadership, sense of respect, fairness of management practices, pride in one’s work, and camaraderie with colleagues. The responses are collected and presented as a report that employers can use to evaluate their company culture and practices.
