Learning Management System (LMS)

A Learning Management System (LMS) is software (or a mobile app) that delivers and manages educational programs, certifications, resources and content to enable learning. Both online and offline Learning Management Systems exist.

TaskUs created a proprietary Learning Management System and distributed it across our campaigns to train and administer new learnings across teams. The interactive tool provides an intuitive user interface and applies gamification to make the platform enjoyable to users.

In many cases, completion of our Learning Management System is required to continue in one’s position. TaskUs designed it in such a way that it is easy to track who has completed the program.

We first rolled out our Learning Management System when a client requested that TaskUs train 2,000 on a new program. In-person, classroom training would have taken months to complete; instead we wrote, programed, administered and trained the entire 2,000 person team in only two weeks.
