I could still remember my first day of training like it was yesterday. We were given tacos for breakfast. That made me think, “Wow this company is different.”
I experienced firsthand how TaskUs is not like any other company in the way they really push you to move forward and grow. Before, I thought of customer service as just trying to satisfy the customer and making sure that they had what they needed. And I think growing within the company as a customer service support agent, I’ve been able to better connect with people in what they’re dealing with and understand what they’re going through.
I also like how TaskUs gives so much importance to diversity. A lot of companies don’t really speak about diversity, different cultures, or the people you work with. I think TaskUs is very awesome when it comes to this because there’s a lot of cultures and heritage that I would not have known about if I didn’t work here.
