As an Operations Manager, I handle two campaigns. And being with TaskUs for almost four years gave me the opportunity to be promoted from being a Team Leader to where I am today.
Having been with the company since its early years in a temporary office, I am proud to see how far we’ve come, especially with the launch of our permanent site. I’ve had the opportunity to lead many teams and different campaigns. I try to help them avoid the mistakes that I made when I was in their roles, and seeing their growth and development is extremely satisfying and rewarding.
