TaskUs requires an email address and password to set up a candidate account. Access the TaskUs Career Site and click on “Sign In” on the upper right menu bar to create an account. Once you’ve created an account, you will receive a welcome email and fine a new section called “Candidate Home” on the Career Site. Your new account will display the status/es of your job application/s and allows you the ability to sign up for job alerts.

After creating an account, you can subscribe to position notifications by clicking on “Job Alerts” in the menu bar. Follow the filters to create your unique notifications. You can create several notifications based on the position/s you would like to be informed daily or weekly to your email. At any time you can adjust or select to stop notifications by accessing your account to modify your preferences.

After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. If your experience and skills are a good fit for the position, the recruiting team may be in touch regarding next steps.

TaskUs invites you to create an account through “Introduce Yourself” and leave your contact details and resumé. Recruiters will review your information and if your skills match a current or future opportunity, you will be contacted. Note: you will have to sign out of your “Candidate Home” account to have the “Introduce Yourself” option show in the menu bar.

Our Career site has filters to help you narrow your search and find a job that matches your interests and skills. You can apply these filters based on your location and job category, or if you’re looking for a full-time or a part-time position. To view more options, you can click the “More” button, and if you’d like to remove the filters you’ve selected, you can click the “Clear All” button.

Yes! You can type in keywords, specific job numbers, job titles, organizations, or skills to narrow your search.

Of course, you can! If you find jobs you’re interested in but want to come back later to apply, log in to your account and click on “Candidate Home” on the menu bar. You will see a section to complete applications for any saved jobs you are considering applying to.

You will need an active personal email account, personal phone number, valid home address, and a resumé to upload to the application. The system will provide step-by-step guided directions to have you successfully submit your application.

You can check the status of your application by logging on to your “Candidate Home” account via our Career site. You will also receive emails with updates on your application status as you progress through our selection process.

Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to make any changes after submitting your application. Withdrawing your application will also not allow you to submit a new one (so make sure you’ve reviewed your application thoroughly before submitting!). However, you can update your contact information and address by logging in to your “Candidate Home” account and editing your account settings.

Availability of onsite application depends on your location. We encourage you to apply online through the use of a computer or smart phone at any time that is convenient for you.

Of course! We encourage you to apply for positions that interest you and where your experience and skills qualify.

After your application is submitted, you may be required to provide additional information by completing an online form or be asked to complete an assessment. You will receive an email that will ask you to log back into your “Candidate Home” account and either provide the requested information or complete the assessment. You’ll have the flexibility to complete the assessment or supply the needed information on your own time, but if a deadline is set, please make sure to accomplish the activity before the deadline.

Check your application status at any time by logging into your “Candidate Home” account through the Career site. You will also receive application status updates by email as you progress through the selection process.
