Published on October 5, 2021

TaskUs Vice President of People Operations Brandy Rosner Zimmerman recently shared with global digital network Media7 how TaskUs's people-first culture supports employees’ wellness and happiness.

"From beautifully and aesthetically decorated offices to flexible remote work programs, to real support for mental health — we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our teammates all over the world." Zimmerman said. "By building a ridiculously good employee experience through investing in our teammates, increasing transparency into our business operations, and keeping ahead of the curve, we bolster our inclusion and wellness efforts to deliver exceptional business outcomes for our clients.”

In 2021, TaskUs was named as one of the "Best Places to Work" by the LA Business Journal. The company has also been reaping accolades from many other industry award-giving bodies, including the 18th International Business Awards, 6th Stevie Awards for Great Employers, Business Intelligence Group, and Comparably

This recent awards haul was thanks to TaskUs’s commitment to employee wellness, which was made even more evident when the pandemic hit.

Zimmerman explained when TaskUs moved its entire global workforce to remote work in early March last year, the company enacted a more holistic approach to a remote office set-up where employees can enjoy new opportunities and safer working environments.

TaskUs also developed new custom wellness content for their teammates including one-on-one sessions with certified life coaches, 24/7 psychological and psychiatric services with licensed healthcare professionals, various skills groups, and outreach activities.
