TaskUs Wins Comparably’s “Best CEO for Women” Award, Among Others

Published on July 21, 2021

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (July 21, 2021) – TaskUs, the leading tech-enabled business services company delivering Digital CX, AI Operations, Consulting, and Content Security to the world’s most innovative and disruptive companies, was recognized again by Comparably for their ridiculously good work culture.

Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring website, honored TaskUs CEO Bryce Maddock across two separate categories this year, including Best CEOs for Women and Best CEOs for Diversity. Both Awards represent the top-ranked CEOs as rated by female employees and employees of color across the US. TaskUs was also honored in Comparably’s Best Leadership Teams Awards, attributing the win to the outsourcing provider’s team-oriented and people-first culture that ensures employee satisfaction.

This year marks the second time Maddock made the list for Comparably’s Best CEOs for Women. Previously, TaskUs was also recognized as one of the Best Companies for Women, Best Companies for Diversity, Best Company for Perks & Benefits, and Best Company Culture

Over the years, TaskUs has repeatedly proven itself as an outspoken advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Whether establishing virtual safe spaces for employees belonging to minority or underserved identity groups or providing exclusive benefits for working mothers, TaskUs leadership has consistently prioritized employee needs.

“These awards are a testament to our frontline teammates and global leadership team. Over the past year the COVID pandemic challenged us in ways we never expected and our team rose to the challenge,” said TaskUs CEO Bryce Maddock. “More than ever before, TaskUs is committed to cultivating a safe, fulfilling, and equitable work environment for our employees at all levels.”

As Maddock explains, TaskUs is a unique people-first organization that never stops advocating for its teammates. Just last month, TaskUs was also honored by CampaignAsia's Women Leading Change Awards as its Gold Winner for Diverse-Inclusive Workplace of the year, as well as shortlisted for its Health & Wellbeing Award

Earlier this year, TaskUs was also named the best multinational enterprise to work for by the Business Intelligence Group. The company was also recognized by the Investors in People Awards for its “Outstanding Use of Technology,” the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, and by the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies (#26).

TaskUs currently has over 27,500 teammates around the world with offices across the U.S., the Philippines, India, Taiwan, Mexico, Greece, Ireland, and Colombia.
