As a Teammate, I’m tasked to provide ridiculously good customer care. It’s satisfying because I feel like I’m part of a big family that always pushes each other to strive and achieve greater things.
I’ve greatly developed as a person since joining TaskUs. I’ve acquired skills from work that I could apply in my day-to-day life. I have been a lot more selfless because of how everyone is just so nice to one another, and that has been really contagious. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like I’m just working, but rather, doing something that I actually like and being rewarded well for it. It is nice to go to work everyday and actually have colleagues I consider friends.
I’ve been in awe with how TaskUs has shown genuine care. Leaders want the best for everyone and continuously encourage you to strive for excellence. They want you to progress and improve yourself as a person. TaskUs treats us like a person and a family—not just an employee.
