TaskUs wins gold for “Best Health & Wellbeing Programme” at ECCCSA 2022

TaskUs (Nasdaq: TASK), a global provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies, was named a gold winner in the “Best Health & Wellbeing Programme” category of the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2022 during the awarding ceremony held in November in London, United Kingdom.

Now on its 22nd year, the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards, or ECCCSA, is the largest awards program hosted in the region, with over 1,200 people from 32 countries attending the recent awards ceremony. The program recognizes teams, projects, and organizations in the outsourcing industry across Europe for showing leadership in customer service.

TaskUs won gold in the “Best Health & Wellbeing Programme” category, which measured how contact center companies prioritize and promote employee well-being in the organization. The company has instituted health and wellness in its policies and practices following the belief that happy employees lead to happy customers.

In Greece, TaskUs has partnered with a private insurance company to provide a fully paid medical insurance and disability plan available to all employees and an unlimited number of dependents. The plan includes access to private hospitals, medical centers, and intensive-care units throughout the country, as well as discounts for checkups and examinations, among other in-hospital benefits.

The company also has a dedicated Wellness + Resiliency department to focus on developing programs for employees specific to wellness and mental health. These include life coaching, leadership learning sessions, and psycho-educational outreach, along with 24/7 access to psychological and psychiatric services. The team which is separate from the Human Resources department also provides on-demand resources for immediate support.
