TaskUs Mexico Welcomes Employees Back to Office With a Bigger Site That Inspires Wellness and Creativity

TaskUs’ expanded space at the ‘Oasis’ demonstrates how workplaces can also promote employee health and wellness. 

TIJUANA, Mexico (August 4, 2022) — To officially welcome its old and new teammates as they return to the office, TaskUs (Nasdaq: TASK), a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies, officially unveils the newest floor of Oasis, its Tijuana site. Aside from additional production areas, the new floor also houses recreational spaces and amenities for employee wellness.

Over the years, TaskUs has been globally recognized for creating world-class, imaginative, and modern facilities to inspire creativity, engagement, and employee well-being. Oasis’ newest floor features an al fresco lunch area, wellness spaces, creative conference rooms, training, and production rooms–all waiting to be used by teammates who are returning to the office this month.

To celebrate, TaskUs held a party for teammates and leaders, members of the local government, and media partners. Guests were treated to food, drinks, and entertainment, and had a firsthand experience of TaskUs’ people-first culture.

To help teammates navigate through another change in their working environment, TaskUs continues to implement health and safety precautions. While the use of face masks is optional by the government, the company’s office in Mexico still requires it alongside other measures such as frequent sanitation and temperature checks, among others. The TaskUs Wellness & Resiliency team is also available to provide support for those who need help in adapting to the shift to in-office work. 

Employee engagement activities are also in store for teammates who will be returning to the office. They will get to enjoy fun games, amazing prizes, and other exciting surprises, all while experiencing what makes Oasis a great place to work.
