The annual San Antonio C-Suite Awards celebrates CEOs and other C-level executives for their business success and leadership. Honoring leaders who have made significant contributions to their companies and respective communities, the San Antonio C-Suite Awards recognizes individuals who have made a real difference in their employees’ lives.

From the very beginning, TaskUs co-founders Bryce Maddock and Jaspar Weir had an innovative vision of what an outsourcing provider could be—a workplace embodying a dynamic culture that puts people at the heart of the company mission. Believing that a ridiculously good employee experience drives superior results, both Maddock and Weir have championed doing everything they can to ensure every TaskUs teammate looks forward to coming to work.

“Our teammates are at the center of everything we do at TaskUs,” Maddock said. “We follow a simple philosophy – happy employees create happy customers. Our job as leaders is to improve employee wellbeing and experience in order to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”

By establishing an industry-leading wellness infrastructure, launching Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and creating a remote work platform to help teammates transition to a work-from-home setup, Maddock has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing employee experience at TaskUs.

Earlier this year, Maddock’s outstanding leadership was also recognized by Comparably, the International Business Awards, the Investors in People Awards, and the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers. Additionally, TaskUs was honored by Women Leading Change as its Gold Winner for Diverse-Inclusive Workplace of the year, as well as shortlisted for its Health & Wellbeing Award.

TaskUs has over 31,500 teammates around the world with offices across the U.S., the Philippines, India, Taiwan, Mexico, Greece, Ireland, and Colombia.
