    A day in the life at TaskUs:

    As a TaskUs teammate, you will have various responsibilities depending on the area where you work. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

    • Researching and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and chat
    • Providing product support for customers
    • Upselling or cross-selling products that will benefit your customer
    • Reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to help keep the internet safe
    • Documenting customer interactions according to standard operating procedures

    To ensure you are successful we will provide full training when you start and regular coaching and development sessions to help you grow in your new role. And we’re not all about work, we also prioritize fun with activities such as parties, fitness challenges, CSR events and video game competitions, team and personal development, and wellness.

    Requirements:
    • Willing to complete assessments that include a typing test of 25-30 wpm
    • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Adaptable, flexible, and has abilities to work with process and information changes
    • At least 18 years old
    • Willing to participate in a background screening
    Nice-to-haves:
    • Experience with phone, email, and live chat support
    • Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, and technical support
