La República highlights TaskUs in Valle del Cauca, Colombia

TaskUs’s recent expansion to Cali was highlighted in one of Colombia’s major newspapers, La Republica. It said TaskUs was among the more than 24 foreign investment projects that have arrived in the Valle del Cauca region in the last 18 months.  

TaskUs chose Cali, Colombia’s third-largest city, for its abundance of human talent, innovative technology landscape, and regulatory framework. 

"Valle del Cauca has been known to be open and friendly to foreign investment. Cali, in particular, is Colombia’s hidden gem when it comes to outsourcing operations and technology and has a huge potential for growth compared to other major cities in Colombia and even the wider Latin American region," said Guillermo Ulloa, Vice President of Operations at TaskUs Colombia in the interview with La República.

TaskUs’s expansion to the region represents a continuation of the company’s mission to serve and help clients. This also means more employment generation, talent development, and social contribution.
