TaskUs Wins Gold for Innovative Tech Use in Customer Service at 2021 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards

The Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards honored TaskUs gold and bronze awards across five categories, citing the company’s excellence in customer satisfaction, brand renovation, and innovative technology

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (May 14, 2021) – TaskUs is proud to have won five gold and bronze awards at the eighth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, taking home the highest honors for our Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service.

In a highly competitive year, with some categories garnering more than 900 nominations from organizations across the Asia-Pacific region, TaskUs received the Gold Stevie® in the “Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service” category, along with bronze awards in the “Innovative Achievement in Customer Satisfaction,” “Innovation in Brand Renovation / Re-Branding,” “Most Exemplary Employer,” and “Most Valuable Corporate Response” categories. 

TaskUs’s Cirrus platform was recognized as an integral part of the “Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service” Gold Award. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the winners will be celebrated during a virtual (online) awards ceremony on Wednesday, 14 July.
