The theme for the evening is The Afterglow. This is our time to celebrate the momentum we’ve built and the bright future ahead as we recognize the individuals and teams who set the standard for excellence this past year.
Dress Code: The venue will be transformed with neon accents and immersive lighting to keep the energy glowing all night. We encourage light-colored attire (whites, creams, or pastels) to catch the light, though you are also welcome to go full neon-themed to match the energy of the night!
Gearing Up for the CCO Kickoff
We want to make sure everyone is fully prepared to make the most of our time together. To ensure a smooth and impactful experience, please keep the following reminders in mind.
- Daily Sessions: The attire is Business Casual. Think “San Diego vibe”—polished but comfortable and appropriate for the coastal weather.
- Active Sessions: Please pack activewear and sneakers. We have team-building activities scheduled that will require you to be on the move.
- The Afterglow Party: We encourage light-colored attire (whites, creams, or pastels) to catch the light, though you are also welcome to go full neon-themed to match the energy of the night!
- The Afterglow Party: Please note that transportation to SideBar Nightclub is not provided. Participants are responsible for booking their own Uber or preferred rideshare to and from the venue. We recommend carpooling with your teammates to get the party started early!
- Headshots: We will have a photographer on-site for professional portraits. If you are new to the team or your current headshot is outdated, please take advantage of this to refresh your profile.
- Beyond the Screen: We’re trading Zoom squares for high-definition, face-to-face energy. There is no substitute for the rapport built in the same room—take this chance to turn “virtual colleagues” into real-world partners.
- Step Outside the Circle: The magic of NexUs happens when we cross-pollinate. We encourage you to socialize and connect with colleagues outside of your immediate team or usual “work circle.”
- Be Present: We have a packed agenda with deep dives into our AI roadmap and service offerings. To get the most out of these workshops, we ask that you minimize distractions and stay fully engaged during sessions.
- Do Your Homework: Review the latest service offering decks and our current AI initiatives beforehand so you can contribute effectively to the strategy sessions.
- Pace Yourself: It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and bring that high-energy TaskUs spirit to every session.
- Tech Check: Keep your devices charged and ensure you have the event microsite saved and ready to go.
