The Trust & Safety Foundation (TSF) is publishing a new volume, “Trust, Safety, and the Internet We Share: Multistakeholder Insights,” and our Trust & Safety team is proud to have contributed.
They authored the chapter, “The Indispensable Role of BPOs in Trust and Safety,” which highlights the crucial role that business process outsourcing (BPO) companies play in the field. The chapter argues that BPOs are often overlooked in industry discussions despite the fact that they perform the majority of trust and safety work.
