Published on December 21, 2021

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (December 21, 2021) – TaskUs, a leading tech-enabled business services company delivering Digital CX, AI Operations, Consulting, and Content Security to the world’s most innovative and disruptive companies, was recognized again by Comparably for their efforts to support diversity and inclusion in addition to company culture.

Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring website, honored TaskUs across four separate categories, including Best Company Culture, Best CEO, Best Company for Women, and Best Company for Diversity.

TaskUs is committed to creating a positive environment for their employees and establishing a space where they can feel included and supported on a daily basis. From building gender parity in their workforce and leadership team, to advocating employees and their dependents’ mental health and wellness, TaskUs continues to invest in their people to constantly bring out the best in them and produce ridiculously good results.

“These awards prove our commitment to diversity and inclusion, as we continue to build a culture where each employee knows they belong,” said Rajnish Sinha, Chief People Officer at TaskUs. “We thrive on our core values, and we work hard to provide a high quality employee experience to everyone in the organization. We treat all employees, especially the teammates who are on the frontline and at the core of everything we do, with a people-first philosophy.”

Earlier this year, TaskUs CEO Bryce Maddock was also awarded by Comparably across two separate categories: Best CEO for Women and Best CEO for Diversity. This comes off the heels of being honored by CampaignAsia’s Women Leading Change Awards as its Gold Winner for Diverse-Inclusive Workplace of the year in June.

The company was also lauded at the sixth annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers. TaskUs co-founder and CEO, Bryce Maddock, won Gold for “People-Focused CEO of the Year” and the Bronze for the “Chief Happiness Officer of the Year. The company also brought home Gold in the “Achievement in Workplace Health & Wellbeing” category. TaskUs also recently bagged the Diversity and Inclusion Award from San Antonio Business Journal.

TaskUs currently has over 35,600 teammates around the world with offices across the U.S., the Philippines, India, Taiwan, Mexico, Greece, Ireland, and Colombia.
