Bryce Maddock Named ‘People-Focused CEO of the Year’ along with Three More Awards for TaskUs at the 2022 Stevies for Great Employers

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (August 24, 2022) – TaskUs (Nasdaq: TASK), a global provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies, took home four wins at the 2022 StevieⓇ Awards for Great Employers. This includes Silver in the “People-Focused CEO of the Year” category honoring Bryce Maddock, company CEO and co-founder.

He also serves as the Chair of the TaskUs Foundation that provides employees in India and the Philippines with financial aid to cover the tuition fees of their children. Beyond business, he sits on the board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), an international nonprofit organization that provides entrepreneurial education to students and adults from underprivileged communities.

In addition, TaskUs won Silver in the “Achievement in Workplace Health & Wellbeing” category for its world-class wellness and resiliency resources and programs. The company also earned Bronze awards in two COVID-19 response categories: “Most Valuable Employer During COVID-19” for providing job security and safety for its people while ensuring business continuity, and “Most Innovative Work-from-Home Plan During COVID-19” for its cloud-native work-at-home platform, Cirrus.

The StevieⓇ Awards for Great Employers is an annual program that recognizes organizations, Human Resource teams, professionals, achievements, new products, and suppliers for contributing to what makes a company a great place to work. This year, over 950 nominations from organizations in 26 countries were submitted for consideration in several HR-related categories.
