Sales excellence validated by Everest, delivered by TaskUs
Out of 38 global providers, Everest Group recognized TaskUs as a Major Contender and Star Performer in the B2B Sales Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025. This distinction reflects our market impact and our ability to drive high-velocity revenue growth across industries.
“TaskUs offers comprehensive B2B sales services, spanning sales planning, inside sales, upsell, cross-sell and retention management. Its portfolio is further strengthened by a structured P4 framework that emphasizes skilled sales talent, optimized workflows, advanced tools and measurable outcomes,” says Divya Baweja, Practice Director at Everest Group.
We’re also one of the six vendors excelling in both B2B and B2C Sales Services.
Proven Excellence
Today’s workforce seeks purpose beyond just a paycheck. Companies with a strong social impact focus attract top talent and build loyal, engaged teams. According to a Deloitte study, purpose-oriented companies see “30% higher levels of innovation and 40% higher levels of workforce retention than their competitors.”
At TaskUs, our vision is to make a positive impact on the best brands in the world, the people we connect with and our global communities. Encouraging volunteerism is one of the ways we fulfill this purpose. We believe that when employees are active in their communities, they bring valuable perspectives and experiences back to the workplace.
“TaskUs has always been about giving back to the community. Beyond providing meaningful jobs, we show up for others through different activities and initiatives,” says Chelsea Roman, global CSR lead, TaskUs.
In 2023, we launched the “TUgether We Serve” program as part of the company’s 15th anniversary celebration. It aims to empower TaskUs employees to volunteer at any organization they choose. They can also participate in any activity — community cleaning, animal rescue, social causes, inclusion initiatives, nature campaigns or community education.

For 2024, TaskUs leaders set a company-wide goal to reach 10,000 volunteer hours across all locations. By year end, we logged over 26,000 hours from more than 4,000 volunteers.

“The program has inspired me and my friends to start rescuing cats,” shares Jean Parlade, TaskUs’ Division Vice President of Operations. Currently, she has 45 cats sheltered in her home. All of them are spayed or neutered and are vaccinated as soon as they are of age. “We also make it a habit to educate people on becoming a responsible furparent,” she added.

Michael Nowlin, a Facility Site Lead in San Antonio, Texas, also shares, “The overall vision has inspired me since I started in 2017 and continues to this day. It drives me to want to be a part of something special and provide support in the community.”
Volunteering also helps our teams gain a deeper understanding of the diverse needs and challenges of the communities we serve. It translates into a more empathetic and culturally aware workforce, better equipped to connect with a range of customers on a real, human level.

Defending your brand against AI-based deception
Bad actors use AI to flood social media and other platforms with misinformation faster than traditional software can track. These sophisticated deepfakes do more than mislead — they threaten brand reputation and facilitate fraud.
Protecting your bottom line requires a layered defense. While AI excels at rapid detection, human expertise remains the essential final safeguard for verifying intent and context.
Gurugram, Haryana, India (February 2, 2026) – TaskUs Inc. (Nasdaq: TASK) a leading provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to the world’s most innovative companies, today launched an Electric Vehicle (EV) transportation program for the daily commute of its teammates in India.
The EV transportation program starts in Gurugram at the TaskUs Mystiqa site, where approximately 20% of the existing fleet will be replaced with environmentally-friendly electrical vehicles. The company plans to electrify nearly half of its Indian fleet by the end of 2026, targeting an interim milestone of 100 EVs by July and a total of 300 units by year-end. Overall, TaskUs plans to transition 45%-50% of its transportation fleet to EVs this year.
TaskUs estimates that more than 35% of all teammates that use the company’s transportation program will benefit from the introduction of EV transportation. Each EV in the fleet will cut carbon emissions by approximately 3.2 metric tons per year and this initiative in the first year will reduce carbon emissions by nearly 360 metric tons.
“The TaskUs People-First ethos extends far beyond our immediate team; it embraces the communities and cities where we operate. This initiative represents our dedicated contribution to reducing carbon emission and noise pollution in the urban environments we call home.” said Sapna Bhambani, SVP of Operations and Country Leader, India at TaskUs.
This program marks a significant milestone in TaskUs India’s sustainability journey and reflects the company’s continued focus on operational excellence aligned with environmental responsibility.
