Customer Life-Cycle Management

Customer Life-Cycle Management is the active (or inactive) A-Z management of the Customer Experience (CX) relationship that a brand consciously fosters (or does not) for each particular customer under its care.

TaskUs takes Customer Life-Cycle Management seriously. The Customer Life-Cycle Management experience begins with our Sales team, moves to our Implementation team (after contracts are signed) and once set up, our Client Services team becomes responsible for customer care.

One way TaskUs holds ourselves accountable and to ensure that we deliver high-quality Customer Life-Cycle Management is through the use of net promoter score (NPS) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys.
