Neither we nor, to the best of our knowledge, our supply chain make use of modern slavery. We are, however, not complacent about this issue which we will have in the forefront of our mind when engaging with suppliers moving forward. Where appropriate we will look to identify specific risks of modern slavery which we identify within our supply chain, for example through taking the below steps. For more information about the Company, please visit our website: www.taskus.com
We have appropriate policies in place that underpin our commitment to ensure that there is no modern slavery in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We continuously review and update all our policies.
We have adopted a modern slavery policy i.e., TaskUs Anti-Human Trafficking and Slavery Policy which rejects the use of modern slavery and a Supplier Code of Conduct which all our suppliers must strictly comply with. These policies are made available in our website’s landing page to manifest our drive to reject and combat modern slavery.
Suspected violations of laws or policy can also be reported via our Whistleblower Policy, allowing us a means to identify and investigate issues raised.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery in our supply
chains and our business, we have incorporated this into our policy—specifically, the
Supplier Code of Conduct. This is a mandatory policy that our partners are required to
adhere to. It forms part of our accreditation process and is incorporated into our legal
documents for engagements, including contracts and purchase terms & conditions.
To further maintain awareness and ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of
modern slavery, we commit to:
