“TaskUs believes that Mohali is the next go-to IT/ITeS destination in the state of Punjab to provide best-in-class tech-enabled services,” said Sapna Bhambani, TaskUs Vice President of Operations for India. “Apart from its strategic location, we are excited to hone Mohali’s rising talent coming from both new graduates and experienced professionals.”

Successful applicants will begin their journey at TaskUs in the safety and comfort of their homes while the company builds its state-of-the-art workplace.

“As a people-first company, we want to provide equal career opportunities and employee benefits that are beyond the standard. We take pride in our ridiculously good employee experience, allowing our team to be their best in and outside of work,” said Bhambani.

TaskUs India teammates enjoy unique employee benefits. Apart from its competitive salary packages, the company also provides health care benefits that include private medical and life insurance plans on top of government-mandated benefits. It also allows employees to encash accumulated leaves at the end of the year.

In light of the current health situation, TaskUs covers COVID-19 testing costs and provides a 14-day paid leave for employees who test positive for the virus. The company has also covered COVID-19 vaccination for all employees and their dependents.

Hundreds of employees have been inoculated through the TaskUs vaccination drive.

One of TaskUs’s differentiators is its Wellness and Resiliency team, dedicated to offering free programs to support employees’ mental health. This benefit also extends to family members through the company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The company also offers ample career and professional growth opportunities. For instance, TaskUs has a Tuition Fee Reimbursement Program that covers a portion of the cost for furthering education toward an Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral degree, or approved certification program.

Employees’ professional and personal development is a key focus area for TaskUs. This is why the company invests in upskilling programs and career planning.

Meanwhile, TaskUs is a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion. In India, TaskUs has a 60:40 male-female ratio and offers Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide a safe space for minority or underserved identity groups and ally supporters.
