The IIP has a 20-year reputation in setting the standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support, and manage people for sustainable results. The Platinum certification can only be achieved by companies that perform high in at least seven out of nine indicators and advanced (the second highest level) in the rest. The indicators include categories from performance management and structuring work to inspiring people and living the organization’s values.
