The IIP has a 20-year reputation in setting the standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support, and manage people for sustainable results. The award validates how TaskUs has revolutionized the outsourcing industry through its people-first promise and suite of accompanying employee benefits.

TaskUs earned the highest score out of the 5,000+ organizations that were assessed using the latest IIP standard, making TaskUs the largest Platinum organization in the world with over 10,000 employees. The Platinum certification can only be achieved by companies that perform high in at least seven out of nine indicators and advanced (the second highest level) in the rest. The indicators include categories from performance management and structuring work to inspiring people and living the organization’s values.
