Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Definition

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreement between a provider and an end user that clearly states and defines the level of service that the end user expects from the service provider.

At TaskUs, our clients’ key objectives define Service Level Agreements and adhere to industry recognized practices and processes for quality assurance. But we don’t stop there. We are true partners with our clients; we blow past SLAs, and we aren’t afraid of introducing technology to do so.
