TaskUs Philippines Earns Exclusive Platinum Reaccreditation from Investors In People

TaskUs Philippines has received a renewal of its Platinum Accreditation, the highest level of recognition from Investors in People and the global benchmark for people management.

Investors in People (IIP) is a non-profit that provides a set of frameworks and standards for businesses to build stronger employee cultures and organizations. The IIP has a nearly 30-year track record of setting the highest standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support, and manage people for sustainable results.

The reaccreditation validates how TaskUs has revolutionized the global outsourcing industry through its people-first culture and suite of accompanying employee benefits.

“TaskUs is employee-obsessed. We believe that if we create the world’s best employee experience, we can attract and retain talent that is meaningfully better than the competition, and this talent will deliver the specialized services and differentiated results that our clients expect of us. The most important metric in our business is employee engagement,” said Dan Nacarato, TaskUs Senior Vice President of Operations for Southeast Asia.

“TaskUs’s mission from the beginning has been to put our people first, and earning this recognition symbolizes our success as an organization and a leader in the industry,” he added.

Using the latest vigorous IIP standards, TaskUs scored the highest in large organizations in its sector. The Platinum certification can only be achieved by companies that perform high in at least seven out of nine indicators and advanced (the second highest level) in the rest. The indicators include categories from performance management and structuring work to inspiring people and living the organization’s values.

“Only two percent of ‘We Invest in People’ accreditations are Platinum,” said IIP representative Janet Webster. “Many organizations claim to put people first or describe them as their ‘greatest asset’ (which is not the same), but truly putting people before profit is TaskUs’s domain.”

Two of TaskUs’s standout initiatives are the Human Project, the company’s performance management tool that supports employees as they pursue their personal passion and purpose, and its Wellness and Resiliency Program. The success of these programs prove that investment in people as whole, unique humans—not just workers—leads to excellent outcomes.

TaskUs is the largest and only IIP-accredited BPO company in the Philippines and the first organization to receive IIP’s Health and Wellbeing category award in the country back in 2018, the same year the company first received its Platinum Accreditation.
