TaskUs hosted our 5th CX Summit yesterday in San Francisco! Top CX leaders came together for a day filled with real challenges and learnings about next generation customer experience. Our speakers included CX heavy weights from Uber, Coinbase, MailChimp, Warby Parker, LinkedIn, Wix, HotelTonight, Shopify and Prezi, and we had some great conversations throughout the day.
As the customer experience becomes increasingly digital, staying on top of industry trends and customer needs is top of mind for TaskUs. Our CX Summit is a great opportunity for leaders to sit and talk about what challenges and opportunities they are facing today and how they are solving them. Yesterday was filled with thought-provoking discussions from companies that are moving from startups to grownups to activating new markets to working hand-in-hand with BPO providers. It was a day of thought-provoking conversations and how-tos.
Back by popular demand was Mark Quinn, Senior Director, Product Operations for LinkedIn. Mark shared some interesting observations about the CX Summit and said he always takes away very practical customer experiences at the end each CX Summit.
