Investors in People (IIP) is a company with a 20-year reputation in setting the standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support, and manage people for sustainable results. IIP offers multiple levels of certifications that involves rigorous assessment methodologies and a framework that reflects the latest workplace trends, essential skills, and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. In 2017, TaskUs earned the IIP Silver certification which is the second highest accreditation they offer and a great achievement that we were extremely proud of. However, one of our most cherished company core values is ‘Always Strive for Excellence’ which means that we are not satisfied with being great—we want to be the best at everything we do for our clients and employees.

This year we couldn’t more proud to announce that we received the highest accreditation, IIP Platinum certification!

 

Why is IIP Platinum Certification a Big Deal?

The Platinum certification can only be achieved by companies that are assessed to be high performing in at least 7 out of 9 indicators and advanced (the second highest level) in the rest. The 9 indicators of the IIP standard are the following:

  • Delivering Continuous Improvement

In a survey, TaskUs earned the highest score out of the 5,000+ organizations that were assessed using the latest IIP standard, making TaskUs the largest Platinum organization in the world with over 10,000 employees. We are also the largest and only IIP-accredited BPO company in the Philippines and the first organization to receive the Health and Wellbeing award in the country.
