The partnership from TaskUs’ side is led by VP of Consulting, Nikkole Shamsuddin. We are jointly focused on improving MoviePass’ customer experience operations, starting with a deep dive into process and tools optimization. Our first priority is to develop a plan to remove the customer contact backlog and provide guidance on how to better support customers through improved data insights on contacts, self-help strategies and channel optimization.
