Just a couple weeks ago, we had our TaskUs CX Summit in NYC where we brought together top executives from high-growth companies from around the world in a collaborative, intimate setting to discuss the real value in customer service, innovation and the future of CX. I had the honor of starting the day off with a fireside chat with Danny Meyer, the CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group. Danny is the renowned NYC restauranteur responsible for such successes as Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern (and a dozen other NYC staples). He was on Time's list of 100 most influential people in the world and, of course, started Shake Shack. We sat down to talk about how hospitality can transform the customer experience.
