5 Awards That Make TaskUs A World Renowned Employer

2018 has been the most momentous year at TaskUs. In addition to our partnership with Blackstone, we are closing out the year with 5 prestigious awards for employee excellence and company culture.

Rosalynn Carter once said, “Do what you can to show you care about other people and you will make our world a better place.” As a brand, TaskUs has strived to embody this quote for the past 10 years. In the past week, we have been recognized and awarded by Investors in People, Glassdoor, and Comparably in three different categories and we couldn't be more ecstatic and proud of these monumental achievements and our 14,000+ employees.

Investors in People Platinum Employer of the Year Award

TaskUs won the Investors in People (IIP) Platinum Employer of the Year award at the recently concluded 2018 IIP Awards night in London. The award recognizes companies that demonstrate the best of the best in people management and leadership. The title is the biggest award of the night and the highest distinction that IIP can bestow upon any company. In its evaluation for the award, TaskUs was the highest scoring of all organizations with over 5,000 employees.

“To have won the IIP Platinum Employer of the Year award over fierce competition is truly a significant achievement for a company of our size and especially in our industry,” said Isabel Bernal, TaskUs’ VP of People Insights and Strategy. “We are the largest IIP Platinum organization in the world with over 10,000 employees, and we are the first organization in the Philippines to get the IIP’s Health and Wellbeing certification.”

Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award

TaskUs debuted in the top half (#40) of the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognizing the 100 Best Places to Work in 2019. The Employees’ Choice Awards program is based entirely on input from employees who provide feedback on their jobs, work environments, and the company. This year, TaskUs had an impressive 4.3 (out of 5) score on the platform and 99% of participating employees voiced their approval of CEO, Bryce Maddock.

Comparably Awards: Best Company Culture, Best CEO, and Best Companies for Women

Of the Comparably employer awards, TaskUs landed on three lists: Best Company Culture, Best CEO, and Best Companies for Women. Like Glassdoor, Comparably awards are based entirely on employee feedback--there is no submission or nomination process. We take great pride in these three awards and believe they are what defines any modern tech company who is serious about implementing equality, diversity, and empowerment amongst their workforce.
